Scotland Inland Diving

Reader Reviews:

Dive Site: The BelleIsle

Location: Fort William

Description: Wreck

Depth: 18 metres (60 feet)

Visibility: 10 - 15 metres (30 - 50 feet)

Rating: ***

A 50 metre fin from the Underwater Centres' pier. Lying in 18 metres of water the BelleIsle is intact and upright. Scuttled by her owner she is stripped bare and is now home to all manner of sea life including small eels and colourful sea slugs.

Chris Wright, The Underwater Centre
